RETURN POLICY - SALON SERVICES
The Salon does not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Salon Director within 7 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion. At that time, we will reschedule you with the stylist that performed your service initially and make any changes or adjustments indicated. Local Honey will gladly make any adjustments at no cost to you within 2 weeks of the original service.
RETURN POLICY - SALON PRODUCTS
Our Team strives to choose the best products to help you maintain your hair health and style. If you find you are unhappy with a product purchase, please return it within 14 days from the date of sale and we will be happy to offer an exchange. Please note that we are unable to offer refunds on products. The team at Local Honey will gladly share their knowledge on how to use any products we offer, and we appreciate your support of our small business.
PAYMENT TYPES / GRATUITY
Local Honey gladly accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. Gratuity cannot be added to your credit card and must be as cash or check only. We do NOT accept any cryptos such as Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal, for services or gratuities.
Your Local Honey stylist will discuss the cost of your service before they begin. Payment for services is expected in full at the time of service. We appreciate your loyalty and business. Thank you for allowing us to brighten your day.
